GLCAC’s Consumer Protection Program helps customers and businesses settle disputes.

Our Services:

  • Facilitating resolution of consumer complaints by providing assistance and mediation on behalf of consumers.
  • Providing consumer related educational outreach and referral resources to schools, businesses and the general public.
  • Assisting consumers with filings in small claims court.

The Consumer Protection Program works in cooperation with the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General to mediate consumer complaints.  The program also assists by analyzing the impact on consumers of proposed legislation.
