The random lottery for 39 units of housing at the Essex Street Apartments in Lawrence took place in public and via Zoom on Oct. 1.

The first 100 people on the list will be contacted the week of Oct. 11 to set up interviews. During the interviews, Trinity will be verifying information provided on the applications such as income, credit, and criminal background to determine who moves forward in the process.

Once all units are filled, all qualified applicants, including those not among the first 100, will be placed on a wait list for future openings.
