The Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave (DFML) is conducting a survey on the obstacles people face in taking a medical leave from work. GLCAC is sharing this information as a courtesy.

Do you make less than $35,000 and find it difficult to take time off work due to childbirth, sickness or injury?

We want to learn about your experience!

The Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave (DFML) is working with Nava PBC to learn about any obstacles you face taking off more than 2 weeks when you or a loved one are sick or injured, or you welcome a new child into your family.

• Participants will receive a $60 Amazon gift card for an interview that may last up to 1 hour. *
• Sessions will be scheduled throughout Fall 2022, with a range of times to support your availability.
• We’ll meet using either phone or video conference (like Zoom).
• Participants will need access to a quiet place to talk.
• Interpreters may be available if needed.

*Only those who complete an interview will receive compensation. State employees are not eligible for payment if selected to participate.
